River Hills Retreat conference center can host up to 300 guest. We have tables and chairs for up to 175 guests. There are bathrooms and a small kitchen available. Currently the kitchen is a "serving only" kitchen. You can bring in your own food to serve your guests.
Rental Cost includes service only kitchen, tables and chairs for your guests, indoor and porch use around building.
$100 the first hour, and $50 for every hour thereafter. 2 hour minimum rental. (includes inside and outside access)
$100 non-refundable deposit that will be applied to the full rental fee.
$100 refundable damage/security deposit
$25 per hour to set up and clean afterwards if you want more time than your event time.
