By purchasing a River Hills Retreat (RHR) membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Assumption of Risk: Accessing RHR grounds involves inherent risks. Members and guests voluntarily assume all risk of personal injury, illness, or death.
Vehicle & Property Damage: RHR is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal property or vehicles parked on or driven across the property.
Waiver & Release: To the fullest extent permitted by law, members release and hold harmless RHR, its owners, and employees from any liability, claims, or legal actions arising from use of the property.
